About Linsey Rubenstein

Linsey Rubenstein former Fortune 50 executive, close up smiling.

I help women succeed at the highest levels.

My mission is to elevate women leaders in STEM. Leading up to 2020, women made steady gains into executive ranks and boardrooms across the U.S. However, the pandemic exacerbated the challenges women already faced. Today, 1 in 4 women are considering downshifting their careers or leaving the workforce entirely. Burnout, exhaustion, and stress are plaguing senior-level women at unprecedented rates.

Collaborate with someone who has been there.

I founded Madrona Leadership to help women leaders gain the clarity, confidence, and inspiration to thrive professionally and personally in these uncertain times. As a former Vice President and one of the highest-ranking women in a technical leadership position for a Fortune 50 company, I understand what it takes. In STEM industries where women have few role models, I believe that having a trusted thought partner is crucial to breaking the barriers that hold women back.

I want to be your thought partner.

The skills and talents that got you to where you are today may not be sufficient to get you to where you want to be tomorrow. Together, I will help you see the bigger picture and discover what matters most to you; defining success on your own terms. You will gain insights into the mindsets that are preventing you from making the greatest impact. My goal is to help you become connected with your unique strengths and inspired to knock down any obstacles in your way.

Let’s discuss how we can partner. I’m also available for speaking engagements and research opportunities.
